Y-cam and Synology – an “Unbeatable Combination”
Posted on Monday, March 7th, 2011
This month, awesome technology reviewers, Geekanoids, tested our Y-cam Knight S with one of our favourite compatible products, the Synology DS211, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the result.

Geekanoid Editor, Dave Cryer, was extremely impressed with the synergy between the two products and the quality of features they both offered users. “The Synology Diskstation DS211 is a superb NAS server in its own right. Team it up with the Y-cam Knight S IP Network Video Camera and you have an unbeatable combination.”
Highlighting that Synology NAS drives are the perfect choice for Y-cam users, as their features and applications support Y-cam cameras completely, providing a comprehensive solution for those first branching into security all the way up to customers looking for a more complex monitoring solution.

“Good value for Businesses on a Budget”
Posted on Monday, December 13th, 2010
Our celebrated Y-cam Bullet White is currently gracing the pages of this month’s edition of PC Pro magazine after one of their team reviewed the camera.

PC Pro writer, Dave Mitchell, was impressed with our product, especially that the Bullet is “fully IP66 rated yet costs less than £300” as well as being jammed packet full of professional features including night vision, motion detection, event actions including FTP and email notifications and microSD recording. Seeing the Bullet as an ideal solution “for business on a tight budget” but not wanting to reduce any of the quality.
The Y-cam Bullet is now available to purchase via online resellers and from our specialists and to read the full review see this month’s PC Pro (page 122) or visit PC Pro online.
