• Compiling promotional articles (press releases, case studies, newsletters etc.) • Keeping the website updated and manage search engine optimisation. • Contacting existing customers and help to maintain key relationships • Determine the viability of entering new markets • Using Microsoft CRM in order to administer the client database • Sales/after sales support • New product packaging
Personal Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Good presentation skills • Knowledge of the channel sales process • Excellent customer relations with a positive attitude • Must have the ability to explain the benefits of our products and to get our message out. • Should be a fast learner, IT knowledge is not necessarily required
A new role for someone who generally enjoys talking to people and building relationships. It will allow the successful candidate to put theory into practice. Full product training will be given.
