Sky1 uses Y-cam Black as surveillance camera on Fat Families

Sky1′s hugely successful healthy eating show – Fat Families – have used a Y-cam Black to monitor a fat fighting family.
Used as a surveillance camera, the programme shows how simple it is to setup a Y-cam camera to view anything you want and monitor from anywhere in the World via the internet. The host of the show, Steve Miller, logs in to his camera from his office to watch live and recorded footage.
Shown in Nightvision mode for maximum clarity – this clip features actual footage recorded by a Y-cam for the TV programme.

Y-cam Black SD receives “PC Pro Recommended” Award

PC Pro Magazine have given our Y-cam Black SD wireless IP camera a "PC Pro Recommended" Award.
Published in the April 2010 issue, the review comments on how easy to use the camera is, and how our online web-console for controlling settings is "slick and usable".
Reporter Darien Graham-Smith concludes the reivew by summing up that "the Y-cam Black SD is a breeze to use, and produces clean footage. It isn’t the most advanced, but for day and night surveillance it works brilliantly."
