8 tips when buying a Y-cam IP Camera
- Don’t be fooled into paying for a poor quality IP camera
- Look for the Y-cam name on the camera – if it doesn’t say Y-cam, it’s not a Y-cam!

How can I be sure the camera I’m buying is a genuine product?

What is Y-cam doing about this problem?
Y-cam invests significantly to protect its intellectual property rights, and is currently entering in to litigation against several manufacturers over infringements of our copyrights. Over the last year we have also changed the way our cameras work, ensuring that knockoff products can no longer use our firmware updates and software.
